We inform you about the extension of the contract with IC "Into - Sana". Individual insurance limits for programs (for employees, as well as for relatives, in the case of an individual contract)

Emergency medical service - limit amount 10 000 UAH

Emergency Diagnostics limit amount 10 000 UAH

Outpatient clinic - the amount of the limit is 5 000 UAH

Urgent hospital - the amount of the limit is 60 000 UAH

There is a possibility of concluding an insurance contract for relatives until July 30, 2019. Insurance terms and no-limit limits are stated above. The cost of insurance payment is 3 500 UAH / per person per year.

"First medical aid for a family"

2 generations (husband / wife + children) - the cost of the program is 4 000 UAH / year. Insurance coverage (limit) is 15 000 UAH.
3 generations (husband / wife + children + parents on both sides) - the cost of the program is 5760 UAH. / year, insurance coverage (limit) 25 000 UAH
Family members do not have to: live at the same address.
